    The construction division specializes in pretty much all types of residential construction projects, including, but not limited to, custom new construction projects, renovations, repairs, partial and full remodels, as well as smaller tasks and minor jobs. 

    The manufactured home division specializes in transportation and relocation of mobile and/or manufactured homes. We also handle the complete set ups for any application needed. All the way from wind zone 3, piling set ups in flood zones, to standard wind zone 1 set ups, as well as permanent foundations, and even temporary and lot sets for all new and used homes 1976 and newer. 

    We prioritize quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service in every project we undertake just as everyone else claims to do also. I can sit here and tell you the many reasons why I believe, or know that we are better than the next company, but I would rather have you just see for yourself or speak with our past clients. References are always available, as well as the reviews. I will say, if we cant do the job right, then we dont do the job at all. And here, we build longterm relationships with each customer.     Giving a set price on moving a mobile home without seeing it and knowing the location and destination is absolutely impossible, if your a professional and only charge customers for the services they need. Many companies charge flat rates or a random price and are charging you for a list of things they did not have to do in most cases. We only charge for exactly what is done, and if we quoted something that in the end, was not needed, then the cost of that comes off the final balance. Now what other company does that? To give an accurate quote we need the current address, the new address, the size of the home, the year, and pictures of all 4 sides, standing back far enough so we can see the whole home and yard in each picture. Obstacles, accessibility, distance, wind zone, size, year, materials needed, condition, are all things that affect the price of moving a home. However, our current average prices for a single wide are $4,500.00 and for a double wide is $8,000.00. That is for disassembly, prepping, transporting home and set up materials with escorts and permits, lot setting, and set up, which includes blocking, leveling, and anchoring. No installation of the utilities and no final trim out. Those can be added if needed. Prices can vary from $1,500.00 all the way to $18,000.00. Just depends on your situation. Quotes are free.
